A sound bath is a relaxation technique in which you are surrounded by calming sounds. The instruments such as singing bowls and gongs help you reduce stress and relax deeply. It can improve your mood, promote sleep, and bring a sense of inner peace. Just lie down, listen and enjoy the vibrations.

Relaxation techniques

Our relaxation exercises help you calm your body and relax your mind. These include deep breathing, progressive muscle relaxation or gentle yoga poses. These exercises can reduce stress, relieve anxiety and lead to better sleep.

Breath work
