Flexibility: Work at your own pace, with email and technology support whenever you need it.

How the Master Class supports you

What are the contents of the Master Class lessons?

The Master Class covers the topics of identity, school and education, professional and family life, your family's history, your role in your family, gratitude, inner attitude, relationships, self-reflection, uncomfortable feelings, living your best life, personal growth and life goals.


How does the master class work?

You will receive 12 lessons from us (one per month) that will help you discover and understand the perception of your experiences and memories.


Each lesson focuses on a specific life topic and contains educational and thought-provoking writing prompts and questions to inspire and move you forward.


The lessons are broken down into videos with Daniela and Katharina and the thinking and/or writing tasks for the respective month.


You always have four weeks for each lesson, but if necessary you can give yourself more time and push the next lesson further back.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

I can't manage all of this in time.

You and only you decide how much time you invest in the course. We send you the material every week and you can decide whether you work on it one, two or even five days a week. The material is independent of fixed times and you can decide when you take time for the lessons .

I don't know if a master class will do anything for me.

As coaches, you have to go through extensive self-coaching and analysis during your training. Katharina and I brought all of our experience and knowledge into this master class and experienced for ourselves that it made us happier and calmer to deal with our past and to be able to shape our future in a self-determined and happy way.

I don't write well or like it at all.

If you don't want to send your texts to a publisher afterwards, nobody cares. There are of course many alternatives to writing: you can think about the questions while jogging, washing up, knitting, going for a walk, cooking, etc. You can also send yourself voice messages or make short videos. You can paint pictures or take photos, there are no limits to your creativity. Because no one knows you as well as you know yourself. It's your life and your time, you MUST decide how you want to deal with it. We only send you food for thought.
