Session 1/ Morning
What we need:
- Facial toner

- Gua Sha
- Gua Sha Spoon
- Gua Sha stick
What we do:
As always, we start the month with an introduction to our sessions. It explains which techniques and tools are best used and how. In this session, the neck is massaged with Gua Sha and then stretched. The jaw area and the back of the ears are treated with a spoon, followed by the neck and chin. The lower cheek area is massaged with a Gua Sha stone and the lip area is worked on with a spoon, stick or stone.
Session 2/ Morning
What we need:

What we do:
In this session the following facial areas are mainly trained: chin, cheeks, nasolabial area, lips and eyebrows. In addition, the lymphatic channels on the face are cleared and face yoga is carried out, which helps to tone and relax the facial muscles.
Session 3/ Morning

- Great Gua Sha
- Gua Sha stick/spoon
What we do:
This session mainly targets the face and neck area. The focus is on facial massage using various techniques such as Gua Sha, hands and spoon. The neck and décolleté are also treated. The Gua Sha is applied to different areas such as the chin, cheek area, jaw area and nasolabial to relieve tension and promote blood circulation. A facial brush is also used to exfoliate the skin and increase blood circulation. The forehead is massaged with the hands. The eyebrows are worked on with a spoon to lift and shape them.
Session 4/ Morning
What we need:

What we do:
This session mainly focuses on massaging and stimulating the chin and cheek area with Gua Sha, as well as performing tapping techniques on different parts of the face and neck. Additionally, acupressure is used to stimulate specific pressure points on the face.
Session 5/ Morning
What we need:

- Facial brush
What we do:
This session focuses on massaging and stimulating the neck, décolleté area and lip area. She starts by brushing the face and using Gua Sha on the décolletage. The lips and eye area are then treated with different Gua Sha tools.
Session 6/ Evening
What we need:

What we do:
This session includes tapping techniques, acupressure and facial massage with hands, with a focus on the eye and cheek area. After the massage, the lymphatic channels are cleared with Gua Sha. The cheek area, forehead and chin are treated with a Gua Sha stone.
Session 7/ Morning
What we do:
In this session we dedicate ourselves fully to face yoga and take time to train our facial muscles.
Session 8/ Morning

What we do:
In this session we start with tapping from the head to the neck area. We then concentrate on the entire face and use different techniques and tools to lift and relax our face.
