Session 8/ Morning
What we need:
- Facial toner
- facial oil
- Gua Sha stone (heart or butterfly)
- Gua Sha Spoon (alternatively use the stone)
What we do:
We start today's morning session with a relaxing lymphatic massage, using facial toner and facial oil to prepare our face. We then use our Gua Sha stone or our Gua Sha Spoon to treat the areas of the face under the chin and the cheek area. Another important goal of this session is to focus on the nasolabial fold. For this we will either use our Gua Sha stone or our Gua Sha Spoon and use the eraser technique.
