The facial cupping technique is very simple once you have practiced it properly. The self-care ritual is easy to integrate into everyday life because it only takes a few minutes. I'll show you how best to use the cups in the workshop.



Before use, spread a few drops of oil on your face. Please do not perform facial cupping without oil. After use, simply rinse the cups under warm water (possibly with a little facial cleanser or hand soap) and let them dry.



Caution: If you are taking anticoagulants, have varicose veins or other medical problems, you should consult a doctor for advice. Do not use on fresh scars, severe acne, rosacea, sunburn, raised moles, herpes or other inflamed skin areas.
