There are a lot of before and after pictures on the internet and anyone who has already done face yoga a few times can usually see a difference. That's why it's time to look at the topic from different sides today and share various exercises to try out.

What is Face Yoga?

With special, easy-to-learn yoga exercises for the face, you can specifically strengthen the fine facial muscles and relieve tension. Face Yoga really has a wide range of effects and can be easily used in between.

Face yoga application

Face yoga is best practiced while standing with an upright posture and relaxed shoulders. First, hands and face are cleaned. Oil is then applied to the facial skin, often with a toner. The facial toner allows the oil to absorb better into the skin and feels less greasy.

Face yoga exercise dark circles

Exercise 1: Tapping

Pamper the area under the eyes and over the eyebrows with a very light tapping massage to relax the muscles and promote blood circulation.

Press both index fingers into the skin next to the nostrils. This acupuncture point is associated with the reduction of dark circles under the eyes.

Exercise 2: The Circle

The circling eye exercise promotes oxygen circulation, tones muscles and reduces the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. It effectively reduces bags under the eyes and puffiness.

Step 1: Place your index finger on the outer corner of the brows.

Step 2: Now start gently tapping around your eyes with the help of your index fingers. Follow the top of your brows to the bottom of your eyes and just above your cheekbones. Continue to the inner corners of your eyes.

Step 3: Repeat the process, now gently tapping around the eyes in the opposite direction.

Face Yoga Exercise Frown Line (11 Lines)

There are many effective exercises to get rid of frown lines with face training and to enjoy a smooth forehead without worry lines again. Feel free to try these:

Start by lightly pressing your fingertips against the skin above each eyebrow. Massage this area upwards for 30 seconds.

Next, massage this area from side to side for another 30 seconds.

Finally, make circular movements and massage in for 30 seconds.

Face yoga exercise double chin

To do this exercise, close your mouth, place the teeth of your upper and lower jaw together and press your entire tongue against the roof of your mouth. Relax for a moment and repeat the exercise 20 times.

Try placing one palm under your chin and forming a fist with the other hand. This provides extra resistance.
