Cream cheese pralines from Sunna

The final spurt to the holidays is upon us and the lists in our heads are getting longer and longer. How good that you can now cross one item off your list: what should I put on the festive table as an appetizer?

You only need 15 minutes to make these delicious cream cheese pralines and once they've gone into the fridge, it's time to "BREATHE - breathe in, breathe through, keep breathing"

Ingredients:

You need 10 small chocolates

  • 200g feta
  • 200g cream cheese
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 80g chopped walnuts
  • Zest of a lemon
  • 80g cranberries chopped (dried like raisins)
  • 1 bunch of fresh herbs such as mint, parsley, chives
  • 3 tbsp honey

    Steps:

Mix the feta, cream cheese, 1 tablespoon of honey and cinnamon with a fork to form a cream. If you like, do it in the mixer. Then fold 1 tablespoon of chopped walnuts into the mixture.

Finely chop the herbs and mix with the cranberries, the remaining walnuts and lemon zest. Sprinkle in the middle of baking paper.

Using an ice cream scoop or two teaspoons, form 10 small balls and roll them in the mixture.

Chill well and drizzle with a little warmed honey just before serving. Plus a few crackers. Delicious!

    Best regards
