Green detox smoothie for a new, healthy year

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 handful of fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cucumber, peeled and diced
  • 1 green apple, cored and diced
  • 1/2 lemon, juice of it
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional, to taste)
  • 1 cup water or coconut water (for consistency)

    Steps:

    5. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon.

    9. Add a cup of water or coconut water to reach the desired consistency.
