Ingredients:
- Banana (preferably ripe)
- some turmeric & ground ginger
- Sesame seeds
- Coconut oil
Steps:
- Halve the banana - leaving the peel on
- Score the pulp with a knife
- Heat coconut oil in a pan
- Banana halves with turmeric and ginger
sprinkle - With the cut surface facing down at low
Fry temperature - This takes about 6 minutes
- You can tell if the bananas are cooked through
by the black color of the shell - Carefully remove from the pan and add it
Sprinkle sesame seeds - It goes well with coconut yoghurt, vanilla ice cream or simply
pure
