Ingredients:

  • Banana (preferably ripe)
  • some turmeric & ground ginger
  • Sesame seeds
  • Coconut oil

    Steps:

    1. Halve the banana - leaving the peel on
    2. Score the pulp with a knife
    3. Heat coconut oil in a pan
    4. Banana halves with turmeric and ginger
      sprinkle
    5. With the cut surface facing down at low
      Fry temperature
    6. This takes about 6 minutes
    7. You can tell if the bananas are cooked through
      by the black color of the shell
    8. Carefully remove from the pan and add it
      Sprinkle sesame seeds
    9. It goes well with coconut yoghurt, vanilla ice cream or simply
