Take the adaptogens throughout the day

Taking adaptogens throughout the day - so you can easily incorporate the benefits of these four wonderful adaptogens into your daily routine:

  1. Morning - Cordyceps :

    • Timing : In the morning, ideally after getting up.
    • Reason : Cordyceps is known for its energy-boosting properties and can help start the day with increased vitality.
    • Dosage : Depends on the concentration of the tincture, but usually a few drops in water or in your morning drink is enough. If you take our "Vitality + Energy" Cordyceps , 2 drops from the pipette are enough directly under the tongue.

  2. Morning - Lions Mane :

    • Timing : Later in the morning, ideally before or during work.
    • Reason : Lions Mane supports cognitive functions and can help increase concentration and mental clarity.
    • Dosage : Similar to Cordyceps, a few drops in water or a drink. With our "Super Brain" Lion's Mane tincture, two drops are enough directly under the tongue; I also like to add it to my morning coffee.

  3. Afternoon - Chaga :

    • Timing : Early afternoon, perhaps after lunch.
    • Reason : Chaga can support the immune system and provide antioxidant benefits without boosting energy too much, which is ideal for the afternoon.

  4. Evening - Reishi :
