Advanced Face Training March 2023

Session 1/ Morning

What we need:

  • Facial toner
  • facial oil

What we do:

In today's session we don't need any tools. Today we are concentrating on the comprehensive exposure of the lymphatic system. We start with the acupressure technique to activate specific pressure points in our upper body and face. To massage our face, we use our hands and target different areas. We combine the massage with targeted tapping units.

With the Kansa Wand or the Mushroom we go over our area between the eyebrows and over our forehead. We then grab our Gua Sha stone and massage our forehead deeper. To activate pressure points we use our cryo tool or alternatively the Gua Sha stick. We also do the eyebrow lift with our spoon. We end the session with a mix of acupressure and massage with tools.
