Session 1/ Morning

What we need:

What we do:

In today's session we don't need any tools. Today we are concentrating on the comprehensive exposure of the lymphatic system. We start with the acupressure technique to activate specific pressure points in our upper body and face. To massage our face, we use our hands and target different areas. We combine the massage with targeted tapping units.

Session 2/ Morning

What we need:

  • Gua Sha stone
  • Gua Sha Mushroom

What we do:

Today we start our session with our facial brush and gently stroke our face. We then treat our face using a mix of techniques. We massage with our hands, activate acupressure points and also use the tapping technique. We support this by using our Gua Sha tools to go deeper into the muscles.

Session 3/ Morning

What we need:

  • Gua Sha comb
  • Gua Sha stone
  • Gua Sha Spoon

What we do:

Today we start the session with our facial brush and gently stroke our face. The session continues with the Gua Sha comb. We massage our neck and scalp. We then move on to the facial cups and treat the lower half of our face using the cupping technique. In the last part of the session we use different tools to treat our facial muscles in detail.

Session 4/ Morning

What we need:

  • Kansa wall
  • Facial cups
  • Gua Sha

What we do:

The session starts today with our facial brush. We gently stroke our face and wake up the skin. We then take the Kansa Wand to first detoxify our skin. We then use the facial cups and use them to cover our décolleté and our entire face. To promote an intensive massage, we use our Gua Sha tools.

Session 5/ Evening

What we need:

  • Facial cups
  • Gua Sha Mushroom
  • Gua Sha Spoon

What we do:

Today we start the session by activating pressure points on our hands. We also massage the hands with the Gua Sha comb. We move on to the neck and smooth out this area with our tool. We then massage our face with our hands before reaching for our Gua Sha stone and going deeper into the massage. We then use the small facial cup to activate our eye area. There we go deeper into the massage by using our Gua Sha mushrooms. We sculpt again with our hands. Then we grab our facial cups and treat our face with them. Finally, we stroke our face with the spoon.

Session 6/ Evening

What we need:

  • Kansa Wand/ Gua Sha Mushroom
  • Gua Sha
  • Cryo Multi Tool

What we do:

Today we start with our hands and rub out our lymphatics and face. We combine the massage with the acupressure technique and use it to activate certain pressure points. With the Kansa Wand or the Mushroom we go over our area between the eyebrows and over our forehead. We then grab our Gua Sha stone and massage our forehead deeper. To activate pressure points we use our cryo tool or alternatively the Gua Sha stick. We also do the eyebrow lift with our spoon. We end the session with a mix of acupressure and massage with tools.
