Session 1/ Morning

What we need:

  • Facial toner
  • facial oil
  • Gua Sha Butterfly or Heart

What we do:

This session focuses primarily on massaging and stimulating the décolletage, neck and shoulder areas using hands and Gua Sha. It also includes stretches of the neck and throat through face yoga and tapping techniques. At the end, the lymph is rubbed out with Gua Sha. The chin and cheek area are also treated with Gua Sha, while the eyebrows are massaged with hands or a Gua Sha stone or spoon.

Session 2/ Evening

What we need:

  • Gua Sha (large)

What we do:

This session focuses on massaging and stimulating the face, particularly the chin and cheek areas, the lips and nasolabial folds, as well as the area around the eyes and between the eyebrows. Various techniques such as Gua Sha, Spoon, Eraser and Face Yoga are used to train and stimulate these areas. In addition, lymphatic drainage is supported by spreading out the lymphatic channels.

Session 3/ Evening

What we do:

This session focuses primarily on the use of tapping techniques on the face, followed by a lymphatic drainage massage, which involves stroking out the lymph using the hands. In addition, the chin area, cheek area, lips and nasolabial fold are treated with hand massages. A FaceYoga exercise is also included. Finally, lymphatic drainage with Gua Sha is carried out.

Session 4/ Morning

  • Gua Sha stick

What we do:

This session focuses primarily on the application of Gua Sha on the décolletage, neck and jaw area. Various Gua Sha tools such as the mushroom, stick or stone are used to massage the lip area and forehead. In addition, the lymphatic drainage massage with Gua Sha is carried out.

Session 5/ Morning

What we need:

  • Gua Sha stone

What we do:

We start the session by brushing our face. Then we continue with tapping. Today we will first concentrate on our décolleté and neck area. We then devote ourselves to face yoga. At the end we rub our face with the Gua Sha stone.

Session 6/ Morning

What we do:

We start our session by brushing our face. We then use the tapping technique and gently wake ourselves up. We then stimulate a few pressure points with acupressure. We then concentrate on the neck area, massaging and stretching this area. Today we use our hands to massage our face. At the end you can use a Gua Sha stone to feel the massage more deeply.

Session 7/ Morning

What we need:

  • Kansa Wand/ Mushroom
  • Gua Sha stone

What we do:

We start by brushing our face and waking up our skin. We then move on to the Kansa Wand and detoxify and stimulate our face at the same time. We then turn our attention to our décolleté and neck area. We also approach our eye area using different techniques and tools.

Session 8/ Morning

What we need:

What we do:

In this session we mainly work with our Gua Sha stone and our hands. We combine different techniques and tools to tighten and lift our face.
