Bean salad with dill & lemon from Sunnna


For two servings:

1 bunch of dill (25g)

1 can of butter beans (400g)

1 organic lemon

4 tbsp olive oil

2 cloves garlic

Salt pepper

optionally 1/2 baguette


      Drain and rinse the beans. Wash and chop the dill. Grate the entire peel of the lemon (wash it with hot water first) using a medium grater. Then squeeze the lemon. Mix everything together. Press in the garlic. Pour olive oil over it. Salt & pepper. Let it steep for a while. Taste.


      Optionally, tear up 1/2 baguette and toast it in a pan with a little salted olive oil and add it to the salad shortly before serving.
