Ingredients:
- small cup of oatmeal and buckwheat flakes (half/half)
- 1 small cup of plant milk
- 1 small cup of water
- 1 pear
- Ginger
- Ground turmeric (to taste, about 1/2 teaspoon of it)
- black pepper freshly ground from the mill
- some coconut oil
- some agave syrup
- 2 tbsp extra oatmeal
- 2 tbsp seeds (e.g. pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds)
- pinch of salt
- Almond butter
Steps:
- Cut the pear into thin slices and add something
Fry coconut oil - With turmeric, ginger and
Sprinkle pepper and cook evenly. - Simmer the flakes with water and milk and
stir until creamy - Remaining flakes and seeds
Roast and add agave syrup
sweeten taste - Set aside and cool
let - If you like, add some cinnamon
- Pour porridge into bowls and add something
Top with almond butter, crunch and pear. Voila!
