Ingredients:

  • small cup of oatmeal and buckwheat flakes (half/half)
  • 1 small cup of plant milk
  • 1 small cup of water
  • 1 pear
  • Ginger
  • Ground turmeric (to taste, about 1/2 teaspoon of it)
  • black pepper freshly ground from the mill
  • some coconut oil
  • some agave syrup
  • 2 tbsp extra oatmeal
  • 2 tbsp seeds (e.g. pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds)
  • pinch of salt
  • Almond butter

    Steps:

    1. Cut the pear into thin slices and add something
      Fry coconut oil
    2. With turmeric, ginger and
      Sprinkle pepper and cook evenly.
    3. Simmer the flakes with water and milk and
      stir until creamy
    4. Remaining flakes and seeds
      Roast and add agave syrup
      sweeten taste
    5. Set aside and cool
      let
    6. If you like, add some cinnamon
    7. Pour porridge into bowls and add something
      Top with almond butter, crunch and pear. Voila!
